- Lead development efforts and plan and coordinate special events and programs relating to specific accounts
- Prospect and solicit potential corporate sponsors
- Coordinate the efforts of various planning and production teams and continually update and brief the officers on the progress
3 years of total business experience, with 1-3 in event production and account management.

- Communicating on a daily or even hourly basis with production managers, directors, staff and agents to ensure everything is prepared for the event.
- Meeting with outside vendors, artists, suppliers and other professionals, getting signed contracts and clearly outlining expectations, dates and services required.
- Planning, organizing and arranging the movement of talent, crew, equipment and supplies to the various locations.
- Responding to problems and issues as they develop during the project and anticipating and solving any issues with regards to equipment, personnel or supplies before they become problematic.
- Troubleshooting issues with regards to contracts, understanding of agreements as well as resolving conflicts in a productive and acceptable manner for all involved.
2-5 years of large scale event production.

- Create graphic look and feel of Web sites as well as graphic design for printed materials.
- Design and produce visual content used in corporate marketing materials.
- Create advertisements and related marketing promotional materials.
- Assist in the development and production of web sites and web related materials.
- Contribute and implement concepts to improve site usability and customer satisfaction
- Testing websites, implementing analytics, testing cross-browser consistency

2 years+ of real world design experience, proficiency with JavaScript, CSS, DHTML, Photoshop and InDesign
